Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all threads, needles, or craft components are securely included and unused.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our studio address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
